Sinopse

Nicki Chapman is on a property hunt in Devon helping a couple who are in search of a quieter life. They have got a healthy budget of £400,000 to spend on a new rural home.

Away from the house hunt, Nicki discovers a Devonian shoemaker who shows her the art of crafting handmade boots.
