Firefighters in Winter, Wisconsin respond to a raging blaze at the home of Robert Clark. When they enter the house, they find Clark lying dead in his living room. But to their surprise it was not the fire that killed him, Clark has been shot. Investigators must entire a seedy world of drug dealers and con men to track his killer.
