In the small town of Ohio, Evelyn Howard, a 72-year-old grandmother has gone missing. Police are left with only cryptic and ominous clues as to what might have happened. Howard's mattress is missing, and blood is found in her bedroom. Investigators chase every lead, but it seems Evelyn has simply vanished. But then, police get a tip that turns this missing person case into a murder investigation.
