In America's barbecue capital, Memphis, Tennessee, the teams create their own barbecue sauce from scratch and then take to the streets to sell 1,000 bottles. It's a big culinary and marketing challenge that pits Team U.K.'s "BAD ASS" sauce vs. Team U.S.' "UNCLE SAMMY'S" blend. The Americans strategy is all patriotic with their slogan, "It's un-American not to buy this sauce!" and they triumph with a big sell at a gourmet market.
