Phyllis' neighbors are complaining about the trash bags piling up outside of her Hamilton, Ohio home, while the inside of her home is so packed that she can barely move around. Faye, who suffers from COPD, realizes her hoard is killing her. She bought her house in Cypress, Texas just 10 years ago, but it is now home to piles of junk, rats - both dead and alive - spoiled food, and an algae-covered pool.
