Two-time NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes makes his first visit to Lambeau Field when the Kansas City Chiefs (8-3) visit Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers (5-6) in the Week 13 edition.
Mahomes – the two-time Super Bowl winner who won both the league MVP and Super Bowl MVP last season – makes his first visit to the iconic home of the Packers, which opened as City Stadium in 1957 and was re-named Lambeau Field in 1965 after former head coach Curly Lambeau. Mahomes is 23-4 (.852) in starts after Dec. 1 in his career, while the Packers have won 10 of their past 11 regular season home games after Dec. 1.
Sunday's matchup sees the Chiefs and Packers meet for a 15th time, with Kansas City holding an 8-5-1 advantage in the all-time series. Sunday will also be a rematch of Super Bowl I, which the Vince Lombardi-coached Packers won, 35-10, in 1967.
