The American composer - who was nominated for fourteen Oscars and responsible for hundreds of film and television scores - was surprised by Michael at London's Royal Albert Hall, following a concert held to celebrate his 80th birthday year. His guests include Hollywood film star Charlton Heston and fellow composers Don Black and John Williams.
