The life of a saleswoman at a second-hand bookstore, Elizaveta, changes dramatically after she gets into a small accident. Her bicycle is knocked down by the famous violinist Karina Ratynskaya. The acquaintance, which began so unpleasantly, continues in the luxurious Ratynskaya mansion. And in the morning the violinist is found murdered. Elizaveta remembers a mysterious man who came to Karina at night. She was able to see only a fragment of a tattoo on his back, similar to the tail of a salamander.
