Thirty-two non-league sides have battled through qualifying and will be dreaming of a tie against one of the 48 Leagues One or Two sides, who enter the world's most famous domestic cup competition at this stage.

Among the highlights from last year's first round were the giant-killing exploits of non-league Salford City, who bridged a 59-place gap in the footballing pyramid to knock out League Two side Notts County.
