Nashville house flipper, Troy Shafer, renovates homes in historic communities throughout Nashville, Tennessee. Most of these old homes have unforeseen challenges, because he never really knows what he has until he begins pulling back the years of neglect. This L-shaped house features a practical layout typical of the early 20th century, but doesn't really lend itself to today's buyer.
