In the first episode of the MUNCHIES Guide to Scotland, Charlet sets off for Glasgow to discover local specialties. Between a lesson on haggis and "square sausages", she embarks on a hands-on cooking workshop at Irn Bru, the super-sweet soda that can be found all over Scotland. In the evening, she meets a gang of young people whose main pastime is to hang out at Buckfast, the famous national picket which still holds more than 15%.
